Why won’t MOGO+ login to my bank?

If you are having trouble logging in to any secure site with MOGO+, here’s what you have to do:

1. Check the site itself and your login credentials, by attempting to login directly.

2. If the same credentials will not log you in via MOGO+, please inform us immediately via the Messages function within the app.

This will allow us to review our server logs to determine exactly how and where the access is failing. (Please note that we absolutely cannot see your credentials or any of your data). We will let you know (via the email address you registered when you downloaded the app) when we think we have resolved the issue.
